All visitors are to wear an N-94, N-95 or doubled procedure mask in all areas of the building.  No cloth masks.

 

When you arrive, please alert the receptionist that you are here then have a seat in the hall chairs.  The receptionist will come out to complete intake forms plus take your temperature.

 

If you have a cough, runny nose sneezing or do not feel well, please stay home for five days and get tested before returning for physical therapy.
