For people who are starting training programs or who are not making progress with their current program we can perform an assessment to identify areas of weakness and imbalances that would impede progress. This would serve as a blue print for designing or changing your exercise routine.
Pre-training evaluation - for employees that must meet fitness requirements and competitive athletes going into training.
Maintenance rehabilitation program - for current patients who have completed rehabilitation but wish to continue a maintenance program.
